Sarah Mantz, founder & LEED Accredited Professional has been working as a green building consultant & residential construction project manager for the past 3 years. She is a member of the US Green Building Council & has attended their annual GreenBuild Conference for the past 2 years.

Timothy Mantz, founding member & master builder, has owned & operated two highly successful companies before joining Essential Green LLC. Both still running, Mantz Construction LLC, is a residential construction management company & Aspetuck Millworks LLC is a custom millshop specializing in windows & doors. Tim's building expertise is unsurpassed, as he is our most reliable source for all building information.

Although we commonly work for architects, EG is also home to several talented green architectural designers, experienced in sustainable design & construction project management.
