20|20 Lawrence will be Silver LEED-certified – likely achieving the first such level in the Rocky Mountain West. Units range from 1,000 to 1,760 square feet and provide great views of Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. 20|20 Lawrence will not only have a 50,000-watt solar photovoltaic system, but will offer the opportunity for our buyers to purchase their own 2 kilowatt photovoltaic system. 20|20 generates Renewable Energy: The 50,000 watts of electrical power that will be produced from a roof-mounted photovoltaic system will represent one of the largest solar photovoltaic arrays in Colorado. To reduce 20|20’s impact on local landfills, construction waste such as concrete, wood and metal will be diverted away from the traditional waste stream to be recycled at area facilities.
